My name is Kaya Nobebe and I have been involved with and have been working in Continuous Improvement for the last 10 years. I completed my studies at the Nelson Mandela University in the beautiful windy City of Port Elizabeth where I obtained both a Diploma and my Degree in Industrial Engineering. Hungry for more knowledge and skills, I singed up for training and up-skilled myself in the ways of Lean and Six Sigma and went on to achieve my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt accreditation. In addition I obtained further certifications in Root Cause Analysis, Service Level Agreements, Change Management, Train the Trainer, Legal liability (NOSA), Building high performance teams and finally Innovation and creative thinking. My career spans across different organisations and industries, from logistics, manufacturing, maritime, financial services and BPO. I have held many different roles across these industries, some of which include Industrial engineering technician, Consultant, Lead process engineer and CI manager. I am always excited to venture into new industries in order to apply the skills and expertise I have gained throughout my career. My name is Jason Lee. My achievements in my career to date include a number of successes working in contact centers and being involved in sales and service environments since 2005. I achieved my Diploma in Business Computing from Varsity College in Cape Town back in 1999. I then had a number of various employment opportunities over a span 3 and a half years before moving to the United Kingdom where I spent 10.5 years learning, defining and improving my trade, before successfully re-locating back to South Africa in November 2013. I have a solid background and foundation in Operational Management at mid to senior level, both in on and off shore business environments. I have worked across a range of service industries, some of which include Banking, Insurance,Telecommunications, Retail, Aviation and Utilities. I have also held various titles ranging from Team Leader, Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Continuous Improvement Deployment Manager. I have been working in various Continuous Improvement Roles over the last 5 years and have achieved both my Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belt accreditation’s and have been successfully practicing and applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in Sale’s and Service driven environments. I am a focused, driven and determined individual, passionate about solving problems at the source (Root Cause Analysis) and I genuinely believe this approach provides me with opportunities to seek the creative solutions required to support the change required in order to drive your business forward.

My name is Mandisi Jam Jam. I am a UCT graduate with a B Com degree in Information Systems and I am pleased to announce that I am also the newest member to the JKLSS Business Improvement Consulting team. I am a highly driven and passionate individual and my inclusion within this team that exists to support and enable Businesses to achieve their goals and grow fills me with pride and joy. Despite my degree an interests in the Information Systems, I have been presented the opportunity to discover and develop additional skills and as a result my interests and focus has shifted and has become strongly centered in Continuous Improvement which I apply daily in both my career and personal life. Learning and growing is what I enjoy. My background in systems development and applying agile methodologies has provided me with relevant experience in solutions deployment and has aided my project contributions and delivery inline with plan and scope. A smart and logical approach is applied in all challenging scenarios or situations that I find myself in to ensure that my outputs and delivery are of a standard that is accepted and appreciated by my colleagues and clients alike.
